Our Classes

Hatha

A steady, balanced practice that blends movement with breath. Hatha Flow gives you time to explore each posture with care, building strength and flexibility while calming the mind. Perfect for all levels, offering both grounding and gentle challenge.

Gentle Flow

A calm and nurturing practice designed to move the body gently while calming the mind. This class is perfect for beginners, older students, and anyone looking for a slower pace. It’s also a safe and supportive choice during pregnancy. Expect mindful movement, simple flows, and plenty of space to rest.

Pilates Fusion

A dynamic blend of Pilates and yoga that strengthens your core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. With flowing sequences and mindful control, this class is ideal for building body awareness and balance.

Rest & Reset

Unwind and recharge in this soothing blend of Restorative and Yin yoga. Each session may also weave in sound, journaling, or other mindful practices to help you slow down, reflect, and reset. Ideal for easing tension and finding balance at the end of a busy day.

Barre Flow

A fun, low-impact workout that fuses ballet-inspired movements with yoga and Pilates. Expect uplifting music, flowing sequences, and lots of small, controlled movements to strengthen and tone. A great way to build core stability and leave class feeling energised.

Vinyasa

An energising, breath-led flow linking postures together in creative sequences. This class builds heat, strength, and fluidity, leaving you grounded yet uplifted. Suitable for students who enjoy movement and a little rhythm in their practice.

Yoga Nidra

Often called "yogic sleep," this deeply restorative guided meditation invites the body to fully relax while the mind drifts into a state of restful awareness. Perfect for managing stress, improving sleep, and giving yourself the ultimate reset.

Yoga For Flexibility

Focused on stretching and releasing tension, this class helps you increase mobility in a safe, supportive way. Expect long holds, deep stretches, and mindful breathing to open the body and improve posture. Perfect for athletes, desk workers, or anyone wanting to feel looser and lighter.

Ashtanga

A traditional, dynamic sequence that builds strength, stamina, and focus. Rooted in discipline and breath, Ashtanga offers a powerful practice where you’ll grow both physically and mentally. A great choice for those who like structure and progression.

Funky Flow

Playful, uplifting, and set to music — Funky Flow is all about enjoying movement. Expect creative sequences, fun transitions, and the freedom to explore your practice with curiosity and joy.

MFR

A self-massage and release class using props like balls and blocks to ease tight muscles and fascia. Perfect for relieving tension, improving mobility, and giving your body some much-needed TLC. Offered once a month as a deeply restorative treat.

Ryan Kerr

Ryan’s teaching has been influenced by lots of time spent in India. His classes have the perfect mix of postures, breath work and yoga philosophy.

Emily Helsby

Emily is bouncy and fun and she bring such an energy to the studio. In Emily’s classes prepare to laugh, we don’t take ourselves very seriously here.

Celeste Sangster

Celeste makes Ashtanga fun and approachable for everyone! You will never feel out of place in her classes. She has such an amazing eye for detail and her assists are to die for!

Emily has a soft and friendly approach to yoga and her kind personality shines through in her teaching.

Sharon Jackson

Sharon brings many years of experience to her teaching making her sequences well thought out. Her flows are fun and firery and she will leave you wanting more.
