I’m so excited to be bringing an education element to Grace & Glow, creating opportunities to learn, grow and deepen your practice in a supportive and down-to-earth environment.

As a teacher and founder of G&G, I’ve always loved sharing the things I’ve learnt along the way, and I’m really looking forward to creating more spaces for people to develop new skills, explore their interests and build confidence in their own practice.

Our courses will be practical, welcoming and rooted in real experience — whether you’re looking to develop your existing work, explore something completely new, or simply learn more about something you love.

Sound Healing Practitioner Training

  • 8th–10th January 2027 | Grace & Glow, Brimscombe

    Have you ever felt completely absorbed by the sound of a singing bowl?

    Perhaps you’ve experienced sound healing yourself and wondered what goes on behind the scenes — or maybe you’ve been curious about learning how to work with sound and eventually offer sessions of your own.

    Our Sound Healing Practitioner Training is a practical, immersive three-day course designed to give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to begin your own sound healing practice.

    You don't need to have years of experience with sound healing. This course is about learning the foundations, getting hands-on with the instruments and developing your own way of working with sound.

  • Throughout the training, we'll explore both the practical and theoretical sides of sound healing, including:

    • The foundations of sound healing and how sound can affect the body and nervous system

    • Working with crystal singing bowls, chimes and other sound instruments

    • Different ways of using sound within a session

    • How to create a safe, supportive and welcoming environment

    • Trauma-informed approaches to sound healing

    • How to structure and confidently deliver 1:1 sound healing sessions

    • Client consultations, contraindications, boundaries and practitioner ethics

    • Developing your own intuitive relationship with sound

    • Working with clients, including session notes, feedback and case studies

    • Pricing and structuring your sessions

    • The practical considerations of starting your own sound healing offering

  • Friday 8th January | 1pm–5pm

    We'll begin with the foundations of sound healing, exploring the principles behind working with sound and becoming familiar with the instruments.

    We'll also look at creating a safe space for clients and begin developing your own relationship with the bowls and other instruments.

    Saturday 9th January | 9am–5pm

    A full day of practical learning.

    We'll spend lots of time working with the instruments, exploring different techniques and learning how to structure and deliver sound healing sessions.

    We'll also cover client consultations, practitioner ethics, boundaries and creating a trauma-informed experience.

    Sunday 10th January | 9am–5pm

    We'll bring everything together through practical sessions, case studies and opportunities to practise your skills.

    We'll also explore the business side of becoming a sound healing practitioner, including pricing, structuring your offering and the practical steps involved in starting to work with clients.
